Our Clients say it all .... “We started working with Tom and Leanne as business associates, and wound up with Family!”
Mercer Island Eco-Friendly
This 3,500-square foot home on the north end of Mercer Island was built from Structurally Insulated Panels (aka SIPS). The walls, constructed of 6” of rigid foam sandwiched between plywood were factory built and shipped to the building site for installation. This home also features hydronic heating and a separate Heat Recovery Ventilation system to purify the air, bringing fresh air into a tight building envelope. In addition to smart wiring and automation, the house features solar panels that actually produce electricity to sell back to the grid. Our clients wanted to build a sustainable home that will last decades, so we built their home not only to raise their family in but to set them up for an economically sustainable retirement.
