Tom Gallagher
Owner
Tom brings more than 35 years of construction experience to every project Gallagher Co. takes on. He started his career in commercial construction before founding the company with his wife Leanne nearly two decades ago. Under his leadership, Gallagher Co. has grown to more than 20 employees and completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects, all built on a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and respect for the craft.
Leanne Gallagher
Founding Partner
Leanne co-founded Gallagher Co. and studied at the University of Washington (class of 1988). Her background includes commercial construction, and she now manages Gallagher Co. Design, creating the signature style that defines the firm’s residential and commercial work.
Jay Nygaard
Residential Project Executive, Partner
Jay has 22 years of experience in custom high-end residential construction and light commercial projects. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and oversees the budget, schedule, and quality of every project in his portfolio.
Robin Farrish
Controller, Partner
Robin brings 24 years of financial expertise in real estate development and construction and a Bachelors of Accounting from UVU. She manages the company’s finances, contracts, HR, and accounting, keeping operations running smoothly.
Dave Kessler
Commercial Project Executive
Dave holds a degree in Construction Management and serves as a principal at Latitude Development. His experience in large-scale project oversight gives Gallagher Co. an added layer of executive leadership on complex builds.
Donnie Balvin
Project Manager
26 years of construction experience. Donnie oversees projects from foundation to finish with a focus on precision and schedule management.
Lauren Gallagher
Assistant Project Manager
Lauren earned her Construction Management degree from the University of Washington. Before joining Gallagher Co., she worked at a large commercial firm, gaining experience in high-volume project coordination. She now manages on-site logistics and keeps projects moving on schedule.
Braedon Knudtson
Assistant Project Manager
Braedon is a University of Washington graduate who previously served as a senior project engineer at a commercial construction firm. He supports project planning, trade coordination, and day-to-day site management.
Anna Gallagher
Social Media & Office
Anna graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Interior Design. She handles the company’s communications, social media presence, and portfolio content, making sure the work Gallagher Co. builds gets the recognition it deserves.

Our superintendents are the backbone of every project. Each one is assigned to a single build and stays with it from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. They run the site, coordinate trades, and serve as your primary point of contact throughout the process.
John Kaelin
Senior Superintendent
More than 40 years in the field and more than 10 years with Gallagher Co. John studied at Washington State University and brings decades of hands-on knowledge to every build he leads.
Dan Garman
Senior Superintendent
With Gallagher Co. since 2017. Dan studied at Washington State University and has deep expertise in waterfront construction, including lake protection, permitting, and barge coordination.
Abe Irish
Superintendent
17 years of residential construction experience. Abe runs a tight site and keeps trades coordinated through every phase of the project.
Derrek Pratt
Superintendent
More than 25 years of experience in residential and custom home building. Derrek is known for his attention to finish details and his ability to manage complex builds.
Nat Taylor
Superintendent
20 years of construction experience. Nat attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, and brings a methodical, quality-first approach to every project.
Miguel Leos

With Gallagher Co. since 2017, Miguel is bilingual and plays a key role in trade coordination and on-site communication. His ability to bridge language barriers keeps projects running smoothly.
