Every custom home is different and treated as such. Some clients come to us with a full set of architectural plans. Others have only a lot and an idea. Either way, the process follows the same steps.

Planning and Preconstruction

Before we break ground, we work through the details that determine whether a project stays on track: site conditions, permitting, design coordination, and budget alignment. Every project starts with a formal clarifications document so nothing is left to interpretation. You receive a line-item estimate organized by trade, not a lump sum with vague allowances.

Construction

Our superintendents manage the build on site daily, tracking progress against the schedule and adjusting week by week to keep trades productive. What you will not see after the walls close up matters as much as what you will. Your budget is tracked in real time, and weekly meetings keep the full team aligned.

Completion and Walkthrough

Before we hand you the keys, we walk every room, every system, every detail. Punch lists are addressed before you move in, not after. We review the full project record, confirming all materials and systems are accounted for. The goal is a home ready to live in on day one.
