A five-year project combining two separate waterfront properties into one estate, built in phases: landscaping at the water, a ground-up multipurpose building (ballroom, commercial kitchen, craft room, and guest suite), and finally a large-scale addition and full remodel of the main house. The result is spectacular, with luxurious finishes and thoughtful details throughout the property.
