We have remodeled and built on many occasions and have never had such a positive experience. Tom and his whole team made the experience fun and exciting. We built our home 25 years ago and it needed a major remodel and refresh. We also had some things that we wanted to add or change based on our changing lifestyle. Not only was the project on budget and largely on time, the communication and interaction with Tom, Jason, Brian and many subcontractors was so professional. As with any construction project, things came up that needed creative solutions and when we wanted some changes or additional scope, the answer was always “we can make that work”. The budget was managed carefully and we never felt “change order fatigue”. We so appreciated the professionalism and would welcome the opportunity to work with Gallagher again. You have created the most beautiful yet livable home we’ve ever owned. Lots of thought went into the features: outdoor living area with overhead heaters, fireplace, and complete bathroom for lakeside living. The interior spaces are perfect for a family and also for entertaining. The cabinetry, lighting and finish details are timeless and elegant, but not too formal. The dock material is awesome, very low-maintenance and discourages ducks from lounging on the dock.

From the moment we saw the black and white house from the outside we were captivated, and the attention to detail on the interior is unlike anything we have seen. Your sense of style plus quality construction results in a home that we home to live in for the rest of our lives. We hired Tom for a renovation project to our home in the summer of 2010. The project included building out new windows and replacing old ones, demolishing and rebuilding a deck system, tearing down existing stucco and replacing it with wood siding, and all of the finishes required once the work was completed (such as interior drywall repair, wood flooring repair and interior/exterior painting & trim). Because the job required that the new renovations blend and interface functionally and aesthetically with the part of the house that was not renovated, we needed a contractor with superior expertise and attention to detail. Tom’s broad experience, creativity and integrity made him a perfect fit for our needs and he didn’t disappoint us. His solutions were creative and cost effective and were delivered on schedule with the highest quality. We highly recommend Tom for any renovation project of any size and complexity.
